Cancellation & refund policy
Digital purchases are final. We do not offer cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind after purchase. This does not limit remedies for payment errors, non-delivery, defective or misdescribed products, or rights under applicable law.
What this policy covers
This policy covers paid purchases of the banana-leaf supplier directory and export-registration guide on aeroniqx.in. These are digital PDF and spreadsheet resources delivered electronically; no physical goods are shipped. The amount shown at checkout is the amount payable. Free downloads do not involve a payment to refund.
No change-of-mind refunds after purchase
Please read the product description, included files, formats and research notes before buying. Once a purchase is completed, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds because you changed your mind, decided not to start the business, or no longer need the resource. Digital files cannot be physically returned or exchanged.
Payment errors and problems with your files
If you are charged more than once for the same order, pay but do not receive access, receive an incorrect or unusable file, or find that the product materially differs from its description, contact support. We will investigate the payment or delivery issue, restore access or correct the file where appropriate, and provide any refund or other remedy required by applicable law. The no-change-of-mind rule does not exclude these issues.
How to contact support
Email the support address below with the product name, purchase date, order or payment reference and a description of the issue. Include the email or phone number used for that purchase if needed to locate it. Do not send card details, passwords, OTPs or UPI PINs. We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and address them within one month, subject to any shorter deadline required by law.
Where a refund is due
An approved or legally required refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days of confirmation, or sooner if required by law. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on the payment provider and bank. We will share the available refund reference and expected credit timeline.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law. This policy applies alongside the product description and the terms shown when you purchase.
