This page explains how the current Aeroniqx tools handle files, connected services and storage on your device.

Files and calculations

Image and PDF processing tools run in your browser. Work Hours and Bill Splitter perform calculations on your device and do not send timesheet or expense entries to an Aeroniqx server. Sharing sends the result image, file or summary through the app or destination you choose. Downloaded results are saved wherever your browser saves downloads.

Connected services

The Google Drive tool communicates with Google to access and copy files between the accounts you connect. That operation requires a connection and the permissions shown by Google. It is separate from local image, PDF and calculation tools.

Saved tools, timesheets and expenses

Bookmarks are kept in your browser’s local storage. Work Hours and Bill Splitter offer separate, optional settings to remember a timesheet or expense group on the device. These are not synchronized to an Aeroniqx account. Clearing site data removes them; you can download a timesheet or expense backup if you want to keep a copy.

Offline app storage

Aeroniqx stores public app pages, code, styles, icons and the tool catalog so the home screen, Work Hours and Bill Splitter can open offline after the app files finish saving during a connected visit. This offline cache does not store uploaded files, timesheet entries or expense records. Browser settings let you remove site storage or uninstall the web app.

Advertising and measurement

The site does not load advertising scripts or use advertising cookies. We collect basic usage events to understand which tools work well: page views, tool starts and outcomes, downloads initiated, search opens and result selections, saved-tool actions, installations, and sharing outcomes. Events include the page path without query strings, tool name, broad device/browser category, app mode, country supplied by Cloudflare, a broad referral category and a random session ID that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not collect search text, files, filenames, entered values, bill details, names, full referral URLs or raw error messages. Events pass through our Cloudflare collector to a private Google Sheet. No advertising cookies or cross-site identifiers are used. The delivery queue keeps completed event IDs for up to seven days to prevent duplicate retries; the Sheet is capped at 100,000 managed rows per tab. Cloudflare delivers the site and may process IP addresses and request metadata for hosting and security. Google and other services you connect have their own privacy practices.

Accounts and contact

No Aeroniqx account is required. If you contact us by email, the information you send is used to respond to your message. Avoid including private files or sensitive information in bug reports unless it is necessary.
